The Pace of Prevention

Leading a Healthier America

A cycling tour bringing free preventive health checks to worksites and communities — one city at a time.

Our Mission - Prevention in Motion

Health care in America too often begins after something has already gone wrong. The Pace of Prevention™ exists to change that timeline.

Aerobic activities combined with plant-based nutrition are not just personal disciplines, but prove what's possible when prevention comes first. The Pace of Prevention™ takes that same principle on the road — literally — riding city to city to bring free, six-point health screenings directly to the worksites and communities where people already spend their time.

We're not waiting for people to find their way into a doctor's office. We're meeting them where they are, catching risk factors early, and showing — through action, not just advice — that a healthier America starts with prevention, not intervention.

This is Leading a Healthier America. One city, one checkup, one mile at a time.

A Tour Built Around Our Partners

The Pace of Prevention™ is a national platform — its route shaped city by city around the organizations who back it. In 2024, Kirk proved the concept with Bike America 2024, a 1,000-mile ride from New York City to Chicago that earned NBC and ABC coverage in three markets.
